If you have been to the home page more than once or twice, you have probably noticed that different photographs of me are displayed.
The rotating photographs are pulled from a defined pool of shots, and are selected pseudo-randomly by an ASP script embedded into the home page. This means that if you keep hitting 'refresh' on your browser, you will eventually cycle through all the available photographs.
Those who wanted to see them all - a vanishingly small number of people, I assure you - have written me asking me to put them all on a page. Very well. Here they are:

This photo was taken on the deck out behind the ERNC in April, 2004. If you have been there, you probably recognize the artwork in the background. My wife shot this with a Canon S400 digital camera.

This photo was taken by my friend Scott Mikkelsen while I was standing in front of some white seamless. The session was to come up with a photo to use for my promotional materials.

In August, 2004, I had the opportunity to do some glacier travel on Matanuska Glacier. The day was hot - perhaps in the high 80's F - and the sun reflecting off the ice made things seem even hotter. Occasionally, a breeze would stir, and the breezes would be cool, since they wafted around this gigantic ice cube. But mostly it was hot. Sitting on the glacier for a break resulted in a cold butt, as you would expect if you sat on a big ice cube, but I was grateful for the chance of it on this day.

This is a shot of me walking on the Matanuska Glacier on the same August, 2004 trip referenced above.

Jeff on the summit of Mt. Baldy, Alaska.

Mt. Baldy is my first summit. Actually, I've been to the tops of several mountains before, but only ones that you could drive very near to the peak, so I don't count those. Baldy is an easy climb by most any standard, being only about 1,700 feet of elevation gain. But the path is very steep, and puts demands on almost anyone's conditioning. Getting to the top was not in doubt, but it was nevertheless satisfying.

Flattop Mountain, just east of Anchorage, Alaska, is probably the most frequently summitted peak in the state. This was my first trip to the top.
Ok, that's the end of the show. Thanks for looking!
